Faith, Family, and Freedom! |
These three simple words help define my reasons for serving in the Virginia General Assembly—the oldest continuous legislative body in the Western Hemisphere. As a 28 year veteran of the United States Army, a husband, and the father of three, I am proud to represent you in Richmond and stand for Faith, Family, and Freedom in all that I say and do.
This website is provided-at no expense to the taxpayer-as a service to the constituents of the 31st District to help you get straight answers about your government. The Founders of our State and Nation understood that the citizens are the sovereign and the elected leaders, like me, are the servants. As such, I want to make sure you have an easy and effective way to contact me with any questions you have about Virginia 's government.
We've built this site for easy use and clear information. We hope you'll find it useful. If you have any questions, simply fill out the online form. This form is designed to get your comments directly to me. You may also read about the various pieces of legislation that I introduced and passed in the 2008 legislative session, the news that impacts our daily lives, and the role of a Delegate.
Enjoy your time here and if you're a student, please take time to look at our youth section. Virginia is a great state with a rich history of democracy. Learn about it and get involved in your community to make this a better place to live, work, and play.
Again, thanks for visiting us.
